  1. Area of operation

  • Veritable products can only be shipped within The United Kingdom.
  • Should you wish our products to be sent to another country, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist with your request.

 2. Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 days from the moment the order is placed (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or Bank Holidays, therefore occasionally the order processing time may extend to up to 5 days.
  • We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

 3. Shipping times

  • Orders will arrive within 2-3 business days from the moment they are processed.
  • Shipping time may be affected by courier company strikes or other third-party unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please contact us. We will do our best to locate the package and inform you about the estimated arrival date.
  • If there is a delay in the arrival of the item, we will extend the timeframe for refunds and exchanges accordingly.

 4. Shipping Cost

  • Shipping for all Crystalware products, within the United Kingdom, is free of charge.

 5. Out-of-stock items

  • It may happen that some products are temporarily out of stock, despite they are still shown as ‘in stock’ on our online store.
  • Should this happen, we will contact you and inform about the estimated delivery time. If the waiting time appears too long for you, we will contact you, and propose an alternative product or a refund.

  • Some of our furniture we keep in stock. This information is provided in the description of the product. If the product is in stock, it will be processed within 1-2 days from the moment the order is placed (Monday to Saturday), or 3-4 days if orders are made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
  • Some products will be custom-made. Information on an approximate processing time is given in the description of a specific product.
  • You will be given the approximate processing time at the point the order is made.

  • Shipping the furniture, within 50 miles, counted along the road, from London (postcode E20) is free of charge.
  • Shipping the furniture further than 50 miles will cost £1 per mile, counted along the road, between London (E20) and the destination.
