Return & Refund Policy – Crystalware
1. Return period
- There is a 14-day return policy, which means there are 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
- Lead crystal products must have the original manufacturer’s labels.
- You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
3. Return process

- Please provide the reason for returning the product.
- If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send the package to.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return cost
- Damaged and faulty products will be returned or exchanged at our cost.
- If you changed your mind and no longer want the item, it will need to be returned at your cost.
- If you made a wrong order and wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately. If the product has not yet been shipped, we revoke the process and make the refund without any additional cost.
5. Damages and flaws
- Please inspect the product upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if is not the correct item. We will evaluate and do our best to rectify the issue.
- Please note our glassware products are all handmade using traditional techniques. The manufacturer assures thorough quality control, however, minimal variations are inevitable. We believe they are part of the handmade nature and charm, and may not be eligible for a return.
- If you find any defects or flaws in our products, please contact us, providing appropriate photographs. We will assess the information and if the defects are approved, we will send you a return label to ship the item back to us.
- We will ask you whether you prefer a replacement product or a refund.
6. Exchanges
- The fastest way to exchange the product is to send it back to us, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- If you decide to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will send you a return label to ship the item back to us.
- If there is a difference in the cost of items exchanged, you will need to pay the balance, or we will provide the refund accordingly.
- Shipping cost of the exchanged items will be covered by us, however, the order can only be exchanged once. Any further exchanges cost will need to be covered by the customer.
7. Refunds
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method used to make the purchase.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

- Products damaged in transport will be returned or exchanged at our cost.
- If you changed your mind and no longer want the item, it will need to be returned at your cost.

5. Damages and flaws

- Please note all our furniture are handmade. The wood is carefully selected, however, small wood knots or grain marks are impossible to avoid. The boards are well seasoned, nevertheless, it is a natural material and minimal deformation and micro-cracks may occur over years. Especially given the sizes of boards we use. We believe that small imperfections add individuality and character to the furniture. Such flaws may not be eligible for return. Refer to point 8. Guarantee.
- If you find any flaws or defects in our furniture, please contact us, providing appropriate photographs, and we assess the information and propose how to rectify the issue.
6. Exchanges
- Tables are not eligible for exchanges.
7. Refunds
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved.

- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
8. Guarantee
- Our furniture has a guarantee for one year from the date it is delivered to you.
- The guarantee covers structural defects, significant deformation (over 3mm) or cracks (over 2 mm).
- The guarantee does not cover wear, damage due to lack of care (stains, scratches, dents).
- The guarantee does not cover damages due to inappropriate use - storing or using outdoors, or in too cold, hot (e.g. near hot radiators) or too humid environment, changing environment (hot-cold, low-high humidity) or exposed for too long to direct sunshine.
